The account manager serves as the main point of contact for the customer and is responsible for communication with the management, division manager and the project manager on the customer side.
Team and Project Management
Within the project team, the client lead serves as an interface between the team and the project manager (PM). He ensures efficient communication and coordination within the team. For smaller projects or in the initial phase of a collaboration, the account manager also takes on the role of client lead. This dual role allows for a tighter communication structure and ensures that both parties are always optimally informed.
