Our project centers on ensuring that the client's requirements are accurately implemented by the development team. We focus on verifying that improvements function as intended and do not interfere with the final product. The e-commerce platform is designed to facilitate the sale of food and non-food products within the HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés) industry, targeting B2B (business-to-business) customers. 

Core Responsibilities

 

  • Requirement Verification: Ensuring that all client requirements are present and correctly implemented in each feature.
  • Quality Assurance: Making sure that improvements function according to specifications without negatively impacting the existing product.
  • Bug Management: Reporting identified bugs and verifying their resolution.
  • Release Testing: Conducting thorough testing before each release to ensure product stability.
  • Documentation: Maintaining up-to-date documentation for all testing activities and processes.

Development Phases

 

  1. Sprint Planning: Establishing the user stories to be included in the upcoming sprint.
  2. Feature Implementation: Developers work on implementing new features.
  3. Developer Testing: Initial testing on the development environment by developers.
  4. Deployment to Test Environment: Moving the new features to a controlled testing environment.
  5. Feature Verification: Testing the features on the test environment to ensure they meet requirements.
  6. Deployment to Production: Releasing the features to the production environment.
  7. Production Testing: Checking the new features and the entire website in the live environment.
  8. Bug Reporting: Identifying and documenting any issues found.
  9. Bug Fixing: Developers address reported bugs for resolution.
